Terms of Service
Last updated: 15 October 2026
1. Who we are
This service is provided under the trading name Mammoth Studios by [full legal name or registered company name].
Business correspondence address: [suitable non-home business address]
Email: info@mammothstudios.co.uk
2. These terms
These terms apply when you buy a service from this website. By placing an order, you agree to them.
If you are a consumer, these terms do not affect any rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited. A consumer is an individual buying wholly or mainly outside their trade, business, craft or profession.
3. The audit service
The Mammoth Commercial Website Review is a bespoke service. We review the website and any other information specified on the product page, then provide our findings and recommendations digitally.
The product page at the time of purchase sets out the service’s scope, price and any estimated delivery timeframe. The audit does not include implementing recommendations, changing your website, ongoing support or additional work unless the product page says otherwise or we agree this separately in writing.
4. Placing an order
Please check your order details before paying. Your order is an offer to buy the service. We accept it when we send you an order confirmation.
We may contact you if we need information to carry out the audit. If you do not provide information we reasonably need, this may affect the scope or timing of the work. We will let you know if that happens.
5. Price and payment
The price is shown on the product page and at checkout. Payment is due when you place your order, using the payment methods offered at checkout.
We will not charge for additional work unless you have agreed to it.
6. Carrying out and delivering the audit
We will carry out the audit with reasonable care and skill. We will deliver it digitally, using the method described on the product page or confirmed by email.
Any delivery timeframe is an estimate unless we expressly agree a fixed date. Please provide any access, materials or information we reasonably need promptly.
7. Cancellation and refunds
If you are a consumer, you normally have 14 days from placing your order to cancel the service.
You may ask us to begin work during that 14-day period by selecting the immediate-start option at checkout. If you then cancel after work has begun, you may have to pay an amount proportionate to the work completed up to the time you tell us you are cancelling.
If you ask us to begin immediately and acknowledge that your cancellation right ends when the audit is fully completed, you lose that right once we have completed the audit.
We do not offer discretionary refunds simply because you change your mind, decide not to use the audit or no longer want the service. This does not affect your statutory rights if the service was not provided as agreed or with reasonable care and skill.
If you are buying mainly for your business, consumer cancellation rights do not apply. If you cancel after work has started, you remain responsible for the proportion of the service already carried out.
To cancel, email info@mammothstudios.co.uk with your name, order number and cancellation request. You may also use the form below. Where a refund is due, we will issue it to your original payment method within the legally required timeframe.

8. Your statutory rights
If you are a consumer, the service must be provided with reasonable care and skill. If it is not, you may have a right to require us to put it right or receive a price reduction, as provided by law. Nothing in these terms removes those rights.
9. The audit and intellectual property
You may use the audit and recommendations for your own business, including sharing them with your employees and professional advisers who need them to act on the recommendations.
Mammoth retains ownership of its pre-existing materials, methods, templates and know-how. You must not resell the audit or publish it in full without our written permission. You retain any rights you have in materials you provide to us.
10. What the audit can and cannot promise
The audit is an independent review based on the website and information available to us when we carry it out. Our recommendations are intended to help you make informed decisions. They do not guarantee increased sales, traffic, search rankings or other business results, which depend on factors outside our control, including your implementation and market conditions.
11. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it to be limited, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
If you are a consumer, we are responsible for loss or damage that the law makes us responsible for. We are not responsible for loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made, or for losses caused by your failure to provide information or access we reasonably needed.
12. Complaints
If you have a concern about the service, email info@mammothstudios.co.uk with your order number and a description of the issue. We will review it and respond within a reasonable time.
13. Privacy
We handle personal information in line with our Privacy Policy: [link to Privacy Policy].
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the UK, you may also benefit from protections under the law of the part of the UK where you live.
